Volunteer Opportunities with Genesis Trust Bath
We officially became a charity in 1995 and since then have realised that it’s not just rough sleepers that need our support. There are many individuals who are vulnerable due to addiction, mental health issues, low income and lack of family support. Through our various interlinking projects we provide basic resources such as food, clothing and furniture, as well as more long-term support such as mentoring, skills workshops and work experience.
Current Volunteer Opportunities
Life Skills Volunteer
We have a volunteering opportunity within our Life Skills project. We’re looking for someone who is good with arts and crafts, and being musical is a bonus but not necessary. It starts in February, every week on a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon from 2:00-4:30. If you are interested, please click here to contact us.

What we do
The Genesis Trust exists to offer immediate practical help to homeless and vulnerable people, and provide long-term help and opportunities for them through our interlinked projects to rebuild their lives. We work individually with people on their journey from despair to hope, from crisis to independence.
